Common questions
What rate of corporation tax will my company pay?
19% on profits up to £50,000 and 25% above £250,000, with marginal relief in between. We'll work out your exact position.
When is corporation tax due?
For most small companies, nine months and one day after the end of the accounting period. The return itself is due within 12 months.
